BIOGRAPHY

Chris was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1988 and the Indiana Bar in 1992. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in government. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1988, graduating Order of the Coif.

After law school, Chris practiced four years at Waller, Lansden, Dortch and Davis, a law firm in Nashville Tennessee.  In 1992 he and his wife and daughter returned home to Tell City and joined Zoercher Huber & McEntarfer.  Chris has been providing legal services to the southern Indiana area since 1992.  Chris has a major utility law practice and has been representing Hoosier Energy Rural Electric Cooperative since 1992 and has been General Counsel since 2003. In addition, he focuses his work on business law, corporate matters, real estate, wills and estates.

He resides in Tell City, Indiana with his wife, Darla.  They are the parents of three children, Lauren, Sarah and Reed.
